The after-school program is a wonderful program. We work directly with the schools and get groups of kids to come to our facility to participate in our activities and to work on a variety of issues. We serve about 150 clients with a staff of 18.

Star View has been a wonderful experience. The company supports the staff tremendously. I have never experienced this before. There is respect and independence to do my thing.

Successes come in all sizes and shapes. However, we have to take successes in small steps. I think the overall success is the program. The kids keep coming back, they are coming into themselves. They learn how to interact and become better communicators.

I get to see many rewards working with a group. I get to leave each night seeing the kids interact with each other, laughing, talking, like they haven't before. It helps me sleep at night to know that I am doing good things.
